Colour: Bright cherry red.

Bouquet: Raspberry jelly with some smokeyness.

Palate: Raspberries, dates, molasses, and toasted sesame. Bright acidity and a slight spritz.

Food Match: Easy drinking. Serve chilled. Great as an aperitif, or match with chicken, red fish, or vegetable dishes.

Cellaring: Made for drinking now.

Crush:

Full carbonic maceration of whole clusters for 14 days, then pressed to finish ferment.
