This is serious rosé, and a great summertime wine.

100% pinot noir. Strawberry and cherry characters, with a biscuity creaminess and weighty mouthfeel. Delightful and delicious.

Colour: Very pale salmony pink.

Bouquet: Fresh cherries.

Palate: Strawberries, smooth creamy texture with a juicy mouth-filling finish and refreshing acidity.

Food Match: Serve chilled as an aperitif, great for the BBQ, with seafood, grilled roast pork, or rare lamb.

Slow cool ferment over 8 weeks.
