This is serious rosé, and a great summertime wine.

100% pinot noir. Strawberry and cherry characters, with a biscuity creaminess and weighty mouthfeel. Delightful and delicious.

Bouquet: Cherry and confectionery.

Palate: Cranberries, strawberries, with a refreshing crisp clean finish.

Food Match: Serve chilled as an aperitif, great for the BBQ, with seafood, grilled pork, or rare lamb.

Crush:

De-stemmed and light crush, saingée after 24 hours on skins.

Barrel ferment in seasoned oak. Spring malo.

6 months on lees, with regular bâtonnage.
