Big Sky Pinot Gris

A classic Martinborough Pinot Gris from select vineyard parcels – fruity, dry, and refreshing – perfect as an apéritif or as a food wine.


Colour: Pale gold.

Bouquet: Ripe pipfruit and floral notes.

Palate: Apple pie, pears, and warm spice, with luscious full bodied mouthfeel and fruity acidity.

Food Match: Pork belly with ginger.

Whole bunch pressed.


Cool controlled ferment.
